Five phases, and you can stop after any of them

The map is deliberately a separate step. Plenty of businesses take the document and act on it themselves — that is a fair outcome.

    Conversation

    Half an hour, no charge. You describe what is not working; we say whether it is the kind of problem we take.

  2. 02

    Map

    One to two weeks. Every system, integration, export and manual step, drawn once and shared as a document you keep either way.

  3. 03

    Agreement

    A short, ordered list of what to fix, each with a cost and an expected saving. You approve before anything is built.

  4. 04

    Build

    Delivered in working increments against the agreed list. Nothing goes live without the old path still available.

  5. 05

    Handover

    Documentation, credentials and a walkthrough with whoever operates it. No retainer required to keep it running.
